Have now seen this and would recommend it to everyone.
Bigger budget than the original and has some great scenes.
Certainly worth a night at the pictures.
Downside - Personally I preferred the original film "28 days later" although cheaper it had a better atmosphere and more likeable characters.
My favourite bit of music from the original "East Hastings by Godspeed you black emperor" is re-used several times in the new film, but suprised that they didn't come up with a completly new soundtrack.
